Merging Duplicate Organizations
Merging duplicate organizations is a huge feature and one of our top picks. Merging is simple, just choose the organization that will be kept and the other that will be disregarded. Child contacts will also be transferred to the organization that is retained. See a demo from ASI.
Reviewing Results of Duplicate Contact Merges
Under the Community tab, the manage duplicates feature organizes contact merges into a contact log for staff users. A breakdown of the tasks completed during the merge and the change history is available. Multiple merges will be allowed to be initiated by the staff user at a time, making data management more convenient and scalable. See a demo from ASI.
Deleting Subscription Records from a Members Account
Under a member's account page, staff membership users and system administrators are now able to delete old subscription records as needed. This can be found under either the "Membership Fees" or "Subscriptions" panel. See a demo from ASI.
Staff User Upgrade Notifications
When an iMIS upgrade is imminent, an alert will be displayed as a banner at the top of the staff site. This feature is a simple but useful tool, visibly remaining until the upgrade is complete. See a demo from ASI.
