CEO and Technical Consultant

Joe is one of the premier Technical Consultants and Developers in the iMIS Community with over 20 years of consulting experience. He has earned and maintains ASI certifications for Certified iMIS Professional and Certified iMIS Sales Engineer. Joe leads with a servant leadership mindset, investing in and mentoring the next generation of consultants to carry the industry forward.

Jenna Campbell

iMIS Consulting Director

Jenna is a Senior iMIS Consultant with a background in education and social science. A Certified iMIS Professional, Jenna has been consistently delivering expert iMIS product consulting services since joining the team in August 2016. Jenna leads with clarity and patience, translating complex iMIS concepts into practical guidance that empowers clients and teammates alike.

Sruthi Paladugu

Senior iMIS Consultant

Sruthi is an experienced Senior iMIS Consultant and Certified iMIS Professional who graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a master’s degree in Data Science. She brings two years of prior software consulting experience to the team and is passionate about helping nonprofits achieve great things with iMIS.

Andrew Tang

Senior iMIS Developer

Andrew is an experienced Senior iMIS developer with extensive knowledge of the iMIS API. He specializes in both client & server-side technologies as well as Azure hosting. Andrew graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where he earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science in May 2025 with a 4.0 GPA.

Poornima Gowda

iMIS Consultant

Poornima is an experienced Software Consultant and developer with over 5 years experience. She graduated with a perfect GPA from the Johns Hopkins Engineering Management graduate program in December 2025. She is a very fast learner who loves helping customers get the most out of their technology with iMIS.

Sarah Grill

Marketing Consultant

Sarah is a strong Marketing Consultant specializing in fractional marketing leadership for nonprofit and membership organizations. She received a master's degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in May of 2026, bringing a background in strategic marketing to every organizational engagement.

Divine Nwokedi

Technical Consultant

Divine is a Tech Consultant with a strong foundation in software development, currently pursuing his degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where he is set to graduate in December. He brings hands-on technical skills to the team, supporting client projects with a focus on iMIS development.

Nina Toche

iMIS Virtual Employee

Nina Toche began with John Consulting on July 2020 as a virtual iMIS User & Content Administrator. Prior to joining our team, she was employed with two notable iMIS associations beginning in 2014. Nina has a masters degree in Business Management and also owns her own retail clothing business.
