On August 22, 2023, Advanced Solutions International (ASI) announced Feathr as the newest Authorized iMIS Product Partner (AiPP). The iMIS Engagement Management System now seamlessly integrates with Feathr enabling a multitude of features for iMIS clients to measure campaign success and grow their community.
One of the primary benefits is real time syncing of member data for a personalized event experience. When registering for an event in iMIS, a member’s information is automatically transferred to Feathr. When event content and promotions are produced, organizations can analyze the effectiveness of their outreach. Feathr can also be used to send personalized event invitations, reminders, and updates according to the member data in iMIS. This enhances member engagement and fosters an interactive event experience.
How to Integrate iMIS and Feathr
First, ensure that your iMIS EMS version is 20.3.153.344 or above. Standard fields like name, address, email address, and others will be provided, but it is recommended to add custom fields before integration. Some examples include: member since, paid through, functional title, and more. Use Feathr’s integration wizard to connect both of your accounts, then mapping your iMIS fields to their corresponding Feathr fields.
